Delivery Areas

We deliver to mainland UK addresses as standard.

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Offshore or remote locations

If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

If multiple delivery charges appear, this is usually due to products being supplied from different manufacturers or warehouses. In these cases, separate delivery charges may apply.

Any free delivery offers are subject to the terms stated on the product or promotion page and may apply only to specific products or order values.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed on product pages and during checkout. These are estimates only and are provided in working days.

Orders placed:

  • After 12:00pm

  • At weekends

  • On UK bank holidays

Will be processed on the next working day.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing:

  • Items ordered

  • Delivery address

  • Delivery charges

  • Order reference number

Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Before Delivery

We use a range of third-party carriers to provide reliable UK delivery.

If your delivery address has restricted access (such as narrow roads, height restrictions, or limited parking), please notify us at checkout using the “Special Instructions” field or contact us directly.

Some large or heavy items may require manual offloading. If you require mechanical offloading or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before dispatch. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Day

All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the delivery date.

We recommend inspecting your items before signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, please do not accept them and notify us immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@pvcsheets.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Multiple Deliveries

Some orders may be dispatched from different locations and delivered separately. If this applies to your order, you will be notified when each item is dispatched.

Delays Outside Our Control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
